    gnu: python-pint: Fix build.
    
    * gnu/packages/python-xyz (python-pint)[build-system]: Switch to
    pyproject-build-system.
    [arguments]: Skip a failing test.
    [native-inputs]: Sort alphabetically and add python-importlib-metadata.
