    gnu: public-inbox: Remove dependency on (guix build syscalls).
    
    * gnu/packages/mail.scm (public-inbox)[arguments]: Remove 
#:imported-modules.
    Remove (guix build syscalls) from #:modules.  Rewrite ‘check’ phase to
    reap processes from the build process.
    [native-inputs]: Remove TINI.
