Jan. 1, 2019    Outreachy call for participating communities opens. Mentor and 
volunteer sign up opens.
Feb. 18, 2019   Outreachy application period opens for applicants and most FOSS 
communities are listed
March 5, 2019   Last date for FOSS communities to sign up to participate
March 12, 2019  Last date to add new Outreachy internship projects

 
Is Guix taking part there? If so, is this handled via the same page to
collect ideas?
