[bug#61833] [PATCH] gnu: fish: Update to 3.6.0.

Hi,

I ran `guix style fish`, but it produced a fairly substantial diff, so I opted 
not to include it here. Is it not applied consistently throughout the tree, or 
should I do it in a separate commit?
