[bug#64249] [PATCH ocaml-team v3 2/6] gnu: coq: Update to 8.17.1.

I don't see how one would use coq-core without coq-stdlib and coq-stdlib 
depends on coq-core, so I think it's fine to merge these packages. It might 
make the package definition a bit harder, since there isn't a single dune 
target, but I'm fine with it.
