This is the case only when the party is a doctor. This is for both
practical and security purposes. For example, when creating a new
patient evaluation, the evaluating doctor will be shown and saved, as
a read-only field.

You need the name of the party associated to the physician. Check
similar examples about the patient name, in the patient clinical
history report.
