This seems to be a network-related issue. Did you have internet connections issues? Have you tried running this command again?

The message indicates it wasn't able to download some package from PIP, the archive where the software is downloaded from.

many things to look (operating system, database configuration, tryton,
gnu health :-) ).

As far as the operating system, choose the GNU/Linux version you like
the most. You should be able to install it in any of them, and send
email to address@hidden so we can help you.
