[Health] Announcement: Live-CD on openSUSE Leap 42.1

Dear GNU Health-Community,

I'm happy to announce that the GNU Health Live-CD is now available on openSUSE 
Leap 42.1 [1], the latest long-term support release of openSUSE:

Major parts of the work were done during the Tryton Unconference 
tuba2015.tryton.org

Thanks to the participants for the support during these great days!

Further plans for the Live-CD are:
- openSUSE 13.2 will not be supported any longer
- openSUSE 13.1 shall be kept as evergreen (long-term-support) release for the 
32 bit version
