[Health] gnu health installation error

Hello all,

    I have been struggling to run gnu health on ubuntu 16 for a while 
now. I constantly get the following error about python version. The 
screen shot is attached to this mail.

Anxiously waiting to see this python version problem address so I can 
move on with the installation of gnu health.
