[Health] Possibility of abstracting personal information from the health module

Nice day,

some information about a person is not exclusive of a Health module, for 
example : sex/gender, date of birth, blood type, profession, children, 
marital status, etc, in some cases this information is wide used by 
Human Resources for its employees, or a High School / Universirty for 
your students, indeed in a Hospital is possible that an employee not 
necessary is a patient of the same Hospital, in this case for example 
"blood type" only is filled if this employee is patient, but it 
neccessary for a Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001, my 
proposal is create a new module (some like as "party_person") for this 
fields without depends of gnuhealth, but wether neccesary as base for 
gnuhealth
