Hi Saurav,
If you are asking whether gsl can solve odes of the type x'(t) =
a(t)x+g(t), x(0) = x0, the answer is yes. Just fill the dfdt array the
jacobian (jac) with a(t). Take a look here, if you don't know what I mean
with dfdt and jac:
