Sorry, I've found my error just after sending this email. :(
I should use:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/Installed/GNU-Smalltalk-1.95.10
--with-tcl=/usr/lib/tcl8.3 --with-tk=/usr/lib/tk8.3
Now the configure works. :)
