[Help-smalltalk] Smalltalk 2.0.8 out

My primary development machine's hard disk, `engineer' as it is called, has
sung its last song and allowed me to backup the stable version of GNU
Smalltalk!  The changes are very small and scattered and should increase
portability to machines with rigid alignment enforcement (such as the SPARC,
MIPS), and remove many warnings on systems without long double functions
(ldexpl, frexpl, sinl, cosl, tanl, etc.)
