[Help-smalltalk] Build problem with 2.0.10 / 2.0g

Same problem in both - make fails with:

This is with gcc 2.96 (Mandrake 8.2), which doesn't
seem to recognize the -MF option (at least, it's not
documented). I'm going to try again with
3.0.<notsure>, since that's conveniently available as
an RPM.
