[Help-smalltalk] Another menu enhancement for NamespaceBrowser

These two add a "Add namespace" to the browser.

P.S.: What would be the right way to remove a whole Namespace? I tried 
"AbstractNamespace>>#removeSubspace:", but it's private and so, to punish me 
for using private methods, killed my vm :-)
