I tried compiling 2.1-pre under FreeBSD 5.0, and ran into a small
compile problem. At comp.c:42 `sys/resource.h' is included, which
apparently needs struct timeval defined...Moving it after the `time.h'
block fixed things. Seems to work OK otherwise.
