[Help-smalltalk] More Delay adventures

Hi!

I investigated my "Delay problem" further and found out, that it 
shouldn't be needed to re-initialize Delay on startup - in 2.0.11 this 
isn't done and the idle process survives between image savings, in 
2.1.13/ 14 it does not. If Blox is started, this wouldn't be noticed as 
Blox installs it's own idle process, afaic.

By the way: if I terminate a Process, it doesn't get gc'ed. And
(Processor processesAt: 2) first allOwners printString!
crashes my vm...
