A cron job could do that with relative ease. I am working on a system
designed to manage such things, but that is overkill (its for folk
wanting to run two systems in parallel).
Do you have a ftp-server or www-server somewhere you can upload stuff
too ? (If you don't, there is a free hosting service for arch archives
at gnuarch.org, which you could push stuff up to when you want to).
