[Help-smalltalk] cairo library wrapper

Hi,

Please find attached a first attempt at creating a wrapper for the cairo 
library.
I also have one written for the gnu plotutils library, however, I haven't 
decided 
on how to implement a work around for it's requirement for accessing files via
a FILE * pointer rather than a file descriptor which is what gst provides.  
Ideas anyone ?
