Unfortunately, the book is written with, ehem, OpenOffice Writer. Which is not
convenient to use with VCSs (and actually not convenient for writing big books).
I wish I had time to learn and rewrite it in LaTeX or DocBook. Hopefully I'll
rewrite it in the future (not anytime soon because of my lectures) but in the
mean time, you might send the inaccuracies to me by email.

I'm also open if anyone else can rewrite the book in one of the languages I
mentioned above so that the community can work on future releases together. I
can release the .odt file for convenience if any volunteer comes up...
