The book is now available on Lulu.
Note that this is my first attempt to create a Lulu book and my copy haven't
arrived yet (and won't arrive for, probably, 2-3 months since it is how long it
takes for shipments to arrive from USA to Turkey) so I don't know how the
quality of the book will turn out or if I mislayouted (is there a word like
this?) something. Actually, I would appreciate if you can send feedbacks to me
about the printed copy you got.
