[Help-smalltalk] [PATCH] Fix a few format problems in doc/tutorial.texi

Hi all,

This patch fix a few format problems and a bug in rule methods of Sect. 6.14
in doc/tutorial.texi.

Because after "! class-name methodsFor: 'category-name'!" is one or more
method definitions, so the rule for methods should be

        methods: ``!'' id [``class''] ``methodsFor:'' string ``!'' [method
``!'']+ ``!''
