I've merged the stable branch and the master.
This is mostly done, feel free to test it :-P
Next step, improve the packages ;) thing about the debugger and the inspector
how to integrate them into the flow and not opening a new window.

I've removed the windowed browser, and I'll do the same for the
implementor and sender browser.
