[zile-devel] Building now working properly

Although my recent fix did restore the ability to build zile with ncurses, 
it broke the termcap build. I've now fixed both, so you can choose one or 
the other by using --disable-curses or not.

I will now turn my attention to bug-fixing and completing the termcap 
terminal interface.
