[libredwg] problem - how to download

Hi,

may be I do something completely wrong, but I am not able to download libreDWG. 
I tried both methods (git and cvs), but no one was working. Both ends in 
timeout.

git:

bash-3.1# git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/libredwg.git
Initialized empty Git repository in /root/libredwg/.git/
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection timed out)
fetch-pack from 'git://git.sv.gnu.org/libredwg.git' failed.


cvs:

bash-3.1# cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/libredwg checkout necocvs 
[checkout aborted]: connect to cvs.savannah.gnu.org(140.186.70.72):2401 failed: 
Connection timed out
