In total, we have received two proposal. Both proposals are good, and
these two proposals have the potential to give new life to LibreDWG.

I really view this as golden opportunity for LireDWG (GNU's high
priority project); so need to know who can spare time and mentor them;
as thus not relieving me from being over burdened.
