It would appear that issue 2547 would supercede this one.  Since task  
description, task tackler and the facts to be described differ  
significantly by now, I am marking this issue "Invalid" rather than merging  
the issue.  It would still make sense for Carl to look at the proposed  
patch here: while the facts have changed again, the changes in prose,  
terminology and style apply equally.
