The context properties alignAboveContext and alignBelowContext used to be  
documented in the Notation Reference, but were removed by commit  
32c862967d559ab512cd96e3321a2c8dabe724ca, which rewrote section 5.1.7 in  
response to issue 1812.  They may have been removed because it was thought  
they were no longer necessary.

But these properties still seem to be required in certain cicumstances.  If  
this proves so on investigation they should be re-documented.
