I've just attached two files showing the issue before and after correction.
Has been successfully tested in my Ubuntu LilyDev and I'll try to commit a patch tonight (never done that before). Probably we should add an example of this special (or not-so-special) case to the capo related regression test files?

Documentation is not affected, since this rather a bug fix than a functional change.
