[Lilypond-auto] Issue 3478 in lilypond: configure bug - mplain

Obviously configure is not checking for texlive-metapost? I thik that's a  
bug.

In my case (Linux) configure runs downright, but make reports the error

mfplain seems to be part of texlive-matapost. If I install it

sudo apt-get install texlive-metapost

Make runs flush.
