I think that in most cases identical markups on partcombine-d voices are
intended to be merged. In the example there are two instruments that should
have "loud" in their parts, but in the score we only want one "loud".
Having to write that as a chord is of course inacceptable, and having to
enclose one of the markups in tags is also an inacceptable workaround.
