Ok, I've added a significant rule update to the above-mentioned Rietveld  
review (about 1500 more lines of change).

It would be good to give this humongous new patch a full Patchy run.

Your patch, once applied to the original master, rebases/merges cleanly on  
top of that, retaining about half the original changes of the patch.

So I propose that unless someone hollers today, I'll push this big thing  
out tomorrow so that we keep all those automated \relative changes in the  
2.19.21(!) \version window.
