Hello!
   It's seemed that u used uclibc to cross-compile the linphone-1.0-p5 
. I didn't try to compile linphone with uclibc. But I can give u some 
suggest from my experience.

1. I have successfully *native-compiled* linphone-1.0-p5 with my 
arm9(debian-arm) with a long time  :) , maybe you can try native-compile 
instead of cross-compile.  And the linphone-0.12 is shipped with 
debian-arm .
2. Use scratchbox ,it's a powerful tool for cross-compile arm 
application and support uclibc.
3. Modify the configure.in and some Makefiles to remove speex 
dependence,I have done it in arm7.
