Lout 2.05 is also available (by ftp) at
ftp.inria.fr:/textproc/lout-2.05.tar.Z. It is a big ftp INRIA server
near Paris in France.

Lout is also available at
nenufar.saclay.cea.fr:/public/unix/texte/lout-2.05.tar.Z but i believe
this ftp site is not reachable by everyone.

A lout mailing list is at address@hidden (i suspect that
subscription is at address@hidden)

I am a satisfied lout (non expert) user.
