Placing macro definitions

Hello,

another question (I'm sure the answer is simple again...):

I want to define Macros which use Macros defined in the dl
package in their body. Calling the doc package is nothing
else than writing @Use { @DocumentLayout ...

The Macro definitions can not be placed before the @Use,
because the Macros of DocumentLayout are not defined yet
(e.g. @B @I ). The Macro definitions can not be placed after
the @Use, because Macro definitions are not allowed there.

Whats the best way to do it?
