Not me, but ...
I've written an SGML to Lout translator for the ISO 12083 document type
(for articles and books). Although it still has some rough edges, it was
sufficient for a book of mine just published by Kluwer. Thanks to Lout
(and Jeff Kingston) the book looks just great.
My translator is/was written in Scheme, but I am considering porting
it to Java. Also, I am considering abandoning the ISO 12083 document
type for HTML 3.0. Would any of you be interested in a translator
from HTML 3.0 to Lout?
