Lout.Teq

We discovered a few days ago that Version 2.3 of the lout.teq package,
for formatting equations in TeX style, was not compatible with Version
3.21 of Lout owing to changes in the way fonts are defined.

I have now placed a new version of lout.teq, Version 2.4, in my
ftp directory:

    ftp://ftp.cs.usyd.edu.au/jeff/lout/lout.teq.2.4.tar.gz

This version is compatible with Version 3.21 (and therefore incompatible
with earlier versions of Lout).
