Something  like

    { lines 1.2vx nohyphen } @Break

should help.  Check expert's guide for a full list of options to
@Break.

Actually 3.24 is more forgiving in this respect.

Absolutely.  No magic here.  Just don't forget to specify @Wide and
@High at the top-level to set page size(s).
