Inserting "force" in the definitions of @GlossarySection and/or (didn't
check out whether one suffices) @DoGlossary does the trick:
def @GlossarySection force into { @GlossaryPlace&&following }
...
def @DoGlossary force into { @GlossaryList&&following }
...
