Here is the current trend for Lout mailing list hosting:

        - lout.info : 3
        - lout.planix.ca: 1
        - lout.planix.com: 1

So it's clear that we should go into the "lout.info" direction.

Greg, how do we proceed now ?

I suggest that we start by registering the "lout.info" domain name, and 
as you proposed, you could host the domain and set up a mailing list.
