I don't know of anything.  It would in principle be possible to
get what you want, by writing a separate program for doing
the actual conversion, and defining your @HtmlTable symbol with
a @Filter parameter that causes the following object to be
passed through that other program.  This is how computer
program text is handled now in Lout.
