While old, the Emacs mode is still useful and working well.
As others suggested, you wouldn't want to highlight only built-in Lout
functions (which are listed in the Expert's Guide), but rather anything
that starts with an `@' plus a few others like `def', `macro', `named',
`left', `right', etc.
