Hello again,

Excuse me for this failed message just a while ago, I'm using a web-interface and I typed accidentally some 'send immediately' shortcut instead of new-line.

Thank you for the great release and reworking the eogonek bug. Now everything is generated without unexpected crashes. Unfortunately there is still a problem with a character width.
Accentuated letters are linked with the next corresponding letter both in "References" (= "Odnośniki" - 'śn' looks like a single character) and in the titles of a book parts like "Introduction" (= "Wstęp" - 'ęp' are glued too).  These kinds of ligatures are unacceptable in the print. The position of the accentuated letter from the left size (after the preceding character) is right.

I've not been trying the Uwe's walk-around so far.

A piece of feedback from my side.

A place for improvement? I was using the '-p' generator all-the-time, but it got unrelated with the final work after adding tables and figures (they could be replaced with just solid boxes constructed of ###). Are there plans for further improvement? X2txt aren't as good as "-p".

Regards,

Version 3.40 of the Lout document formatting system is now available

[...]

Also if you are one of the first to install this version, could
you let me know how it goes. I'm slightly nervous because it
has been three years since the last release.
