Make that
0.5w @VShift @Tbl ...
@CND aligns the horizontal marks of the displayed object and the
nuber, so tell lout to move the horizontal mark of the table.
Alternatively you can use @MarkRowa, though that will put the mark
before the specified row.
As a debugging aid you can ask lout to visualize the marks for you:
