LYNX-DEV my problem 'solved'

Interesting turn of events.  I found what my problem with the
patched up lynx-dev was.  Patch 7 set MAXLINKS to 1!   This MUST
be fixed - it really hoses folk up.  If the problem is that the patch
is backwards, then that needs to be fixed.  Otherwise, the file
needs fixed.
