Yes, but that requires effort on the part of the server, when we
can accomplish the same thing with less technology.
If it is easier to do, then it might be easier to get more
replicated machined. It still requires a virtual host though.
Better is to make all help URLs be:
http://lynx.browser.org/lynx-xxx/
This is even lower tech.
