        It's installed on "Kinder, Gentler" (check its "what's new"
link), and you can get it for your own software as htmlpro.zip or
htmlpro.tar.z via:

        ftp://www.ucc.ie/pub/html

and can access the individual files via:

        http://www.ucc.ie/doc/www/html/dtds/

        But the update hasn't been released yet (Peter went off on
a trip without the battery recharger for his compact, and thus got
only four hours of home work done, so he's still catching up. 8-).

        The initial, beta release is too strict for real documents,
and has a number of errors or omissions.

        Also, although weblint is indeed kinder and gentler, and much
more helpful in explaining errors and what to do about them, for a
number of false errors with the beta HTML Pro DTD, it just tells you
that you can't have such and such a tag there, without explaining why,
and in fact you should be able to have it there.  So wait for the
upgrade, which I'll announce here.
