The front page should be readable by *all* versions of Lynx.  We don't
want to make a page that Lynx 2.1 can't get to, do we? 

The help pages I suggested would be tailored to each version, so that if
someone is stuck with a binary and can't upgrade, at least they can see
what features did work for that version, and which ones do not.  It could
also point them to precompiled binaries for later versions.
