   it's done properly, it will run on NT, 95, and 3.1 with Win32s
   installed.  I just wanted to bring this up since there have been
   several people mention a Win32 port only running on 95...

The problem with "console" mode for Win 3.x is that it doesn't exist.
Remember that Windows 3.x is a DOS application - when you double-click
that DOS icon you really are running DOS - *not* Windows.  Win32S
doesn't help a bit in that case.
