We're trying to get another space for the archives. Someone has recently
offered to host the archives, but the person is currently on vacation and
we don't know how much time it will take to set all of this up.
But we are moving on this as quickly as we can.

Michael, could you give us some idea of how much space the archives take
up? I've guessed it would be around 15-20 MB. A more accurate figure
would be very useful in planning the transition. We're considering
distributing them at different sites if one organization cannot handle the
load. I guess some mechanism also has to be figured out to transfer the
older material to the new location. I believe the logistics of the
transfer would depend on whether hypermail is what will be used at the new
site.

I think I speak for everyone on Lynx-Dev when I express my appreciation
for the hospitality UKans hs shown us, and of course yourself personally.
Hopefully we'll be able to move the archives soon and there won't be any
bad feelings.
